Shai Har-El, founder, President and CEO of Har-El Financial Group, joined Equitable (now AXA Advisors, LLC), in 1981, after spending years in the academia in various university research and teaching positions. He is also a published writer.

Over the years, together with his team of Financial Strategists, Shai Har-El, has built a strong presence in the greater Chicagoland area, establishing a reputation for integrity, excellence and professionalism. In the last decade, as the financial and insurance industry has changed, Har-El Financial Group has become a firm that is far more specialized than in the past.
