Rosie was born in Duluth, MN. She received her bachelor's degree from Tel Aviv University and her MA from Columbia College in Chicago. Rosie has over twenty-five years experience in the insurance and financial industries. She is an ardent supporter of numerous causes and is on the Board of Directors of the Jewish National Fund and the Holocaust Museum of Illinois; and is, along with her husband, the proud parent of three children and eleven grandchildren.
