POSITION: Financial Professional

COMPENSATION: commissions + bonus + incentives

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Equitable Advisors, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking the right individual to join their team of financial professionals in Northbrook, IL. Candidates will be personally mentored by one of our leaders. Requirements:

5+ years experience within the industry

Track record of achievement
Strong relationship builder
Great personality and fire in the belly

Outstanding communication skills

Extremely sharp and articulate team player
Securities registrations and insurance licenses

Permanent Resident status needed

 

 

- Offer financial strategies to help consumers, individuals and businesses, pursue their goals in key financial areas.
 

- Engage in an integrated planning and selling process, focusing on insurance, investments, estate planning strategies, retirement.

 

- Build long-term client relationships through continued service, prompt follow-up and consistent support.

 

- Prepare and deliver a variety of marketing projects that promote our financial products and services.
 

- Implement performance measurement and self-assessment systems to help you meet your desired goals.
 

- Participate in educational and training programs offered by our company and the industry.
