Shai is founding President and CEO of Har-El Financial Group. He has been with the company since 1981. He is well known in the community for having a very high level of knowledge, honesty, integrity and caring, particularly when it comes to assisting his clients in achieving their financial goals. Though he truly enjoys helping clients at all stages of life, his specialty is dealing with Business Owners as well as creating individualized Retirement & Pension Plans to Individuals in order to meet their long term goals.
Born and raised in Israel, he graduated with B.A. and M.A. degrees from Tel Aviv University. Shai relocated to Chicago where he received a Ph.D. from the University of Chicago. He and his wife are the proud parents of three children and eleven grandchildren. He speaks English, Hebrew and Arabic. Shai is an avid reader and a published author. He is an ardent supporter of local, national and international causes.
